Machine Operator

Perform simple and complex machining operations on various machines with minimal assistance. Set up and operate a variety of computer numeric control (CNC) and/or manual machine tools to make parts to exacting tolerances and dimensions.

Skills Required:
Have experience and knowledge of setup procedures and techniques; ability to read and understand blueprints and detailed worksheets; capable of performing mathematical calculations required in association with blueprints and work instructions; able to use precision measuring instruments.

Education Required:
Qualified applicant must be a high school graduate or equivalent, supplemented by appropriate technical school training and/or one-two years related experience and PC and systems proficient
