Dealer Program and Development Manager

Develop and maintain dealer program to meet/exceed sales objectives • Work with dealer sales and service managers to generate sales of units and parts through enhanced dealer marketing programs. • Coordinate training of dealer sales and service personnel. • Assist dealer personnel in identifying and developing key accounts. • Work with marketing manager to develop dealer sales growth strategies. • Attend dealer open houses and events as requested. • Make recommendations for improving dealer program. • Work with internal departments and dealer representatives to identify market opportunities. • Responsible for internal sales support activities as required. • Develop and deliver sales presentations to dealer and corporate personnel of all levels. • Manage PACCAR Parts relationship. • Become dealer program expert. • Perform special projects as assigned.

Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be well-organized, detailed, results-oriented and a good project manager. A proven self-starter with strong initiative and a high level of creativity.

Education Required:
Degree in business administration, marketing or engineering is desired.

Education Desired: Heavy duty sales experience preferred. Knowledge of dealer business practices and/or experience developing sales and marketing programs for dealers is desired.
