Sales Assistant
Work with International Sales and internal departments to provide delivery, enter orders, and prepare export documentation for all international orders; respond to requests for shipping and order information; answer department phones; maintain and file open/closed customer order packets; perform specialprojects as assigned.
Skills Required:
Working knowledge of computer software programs; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; good customer service and phone skills; high level of organization.
Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Two (2) to three (3) years customer sales related experience; ability to read, write, communicate in English.
Education Desired:
Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred. Previous knowledge of export documentation prepration strongly preferred.
